Breakfast-Slimfast
Snack-Grapes
Lunch-Bowl of Granola Cereal in soy milk
Dinner- 1/2 order bean cheese and rice dinner from Tres Marias
Dessert- 2 pieces of licorice.




Damn the licorice..my mom was waving it in my face.shouldnt have had that. I think I will do some crunches to make up for it.

Oh! and today at Big Lots I got a tub of Atkins shake mix (cappachino flavor). All you do is add two scoops to 8 ounces of water and stir. 140 calories per serving. 100 calories less than slimfast with less carbs and sugar too. I'm going to try it tomorrow for breakfast, I hope it tastes as good as it sounds! I'll let you know.

hi my nanas (i learned today that in french "nanas" is slang for "girls",

welp, still on track so far. its only day 4, but hey, im still pretty proud for not devouring those chocolate cream oreos hiding in the pantry. i feel so good after swimming. definitely my exercise medium of choice. since today is my busy day as far as school goes, we won't have time to hit the pool, but we're gonna take the dog for an extra long walk to make up for it. love you girls. hope your diets are going well.

breakfast: smart start with soymilk
lunch: lemonzest luna bar (i love them so)
dinner: (will be) a peanut butter and jelly sandwich on oatnut bread (been craving one all day) and probably some carrot sticks.

hi ladies. welp. me and scott have been doing pretty good lately. we're trying to inspire eachother to get in shape. we got a gym membership at the fresno ymca and have swam laps for 45 minutes two nights in a row. we're going back and gonna try to consistently go every mon-tues-wed and fri/sat when im in town. we've also made it a point to walk the dog every night. i hope we can keep that up. last night we drove out to target and bought a scale so we can map our progress. scotts at 251 and im at 183. we've set a weekly goal of dropping one pound. it's progress, but still an easy enough goal to be realistic and not get discouraged. i've been trying to do sit ups at least every other day and scott gave me some hand weights i should probably get some use out of.

as far as the diet goes..i typically have a bowl of cereal with soy milk for breakfast, a luna bar or a shake for lunch, and something light for dinner, be it salad, a slice of pizza, a half a sandwich and baby carrots, or another bowl of cereal. oh ya, we stocked up on 4 cases of diet soda too.. vanilla coke, root beer, and cherry coke. yum yum. here's today's rundown:

breakfast- bowl smart start with soy milk
lunch- snapple-a-day with 1/2 banana, strawberries, ice, an 1/2 cup light yogurt
dinner- probably gonna be half a sandwich and some salad.

i just bought a new speedo today so i have a proper suit to lap swim in. its ugly, but itll do and it was cheap. the ones i liked were 60 friggin bucks.

anyway. good luck ladies. im here for you. lets do it right this time.

Sorry I've been lagging in here. I kinda just wanted to leave Livejournal behind for awhile. Then I remembered I had a community. Shitty me. Anyways, I'm still going to just use Nickolieee for this community but not a personal journal. Life's been really busy lately and I barely have enough time to sleep so I probably won't update this much. But for those of you who are on summer break, hope you're enjoying it, and for those of you that go on summer break this Wednesday, yayaya! Hope everything is going good in your girl's lives. soooo...yesterday was ok: special k with soy milk for breakfast, too busy shopping to grab lunch (bad move!), teriyaki chicken with salad and two spring rolls for dinner, and baskin robbins large sugar free fat free frozen yogurt for dessert.
now tonight...max's grandpa frank is gettin hitched and they are having mecca cater. soooo...all day im gonna be super good so i can eat some burritosand chilaquias!!

breakfast: carefully measured 1 cup special k red berries with 1 cup soy milk
(coming soon) lunch: chocolate health shake in the blender with ice. might walk down to save mart to buy a banana to throw in.
snack: fruit or yogurt maybe
dinner: mecca!!!

ok so...i've been doing pretty good and nearly cried when i realized i could fit back into some old jeans. that in itself was inspiration enough to keep it up. here's what i ate today:

breakfast: cappacino slimfast mixed in the blender with ice (oooh yum!)
lunch: some dry smart start soy cereal and some strawberries
dinner: chicken tostada, beans and rice, chips and salsa at three marias
desert: 2 plums, the last 1/4 of max's vanilla/caramel frappacino

not horrible. not great. tomorrow i will make a good day.

How exciting! My little community is sprouting. I originally made this for me, Ash, Beth, Nat and Les to help each other, but it may as well be open to other people who want to lose weight also. But only thing is, it would help if we knew each other a little more.

So just a couple of things from you:
1. A photo, your name, location, AIM screenname, and email for the user info.
2. A little introduction entry stating why you want to lose weight, how much you feel you should healthily lose and if you were willing to participate in the community and add ideas and tips to losing weight.

Any of you other members can post something you think people should do upon joining if you want.

I haven't eaten good at all. I'm such a bad girl. Hopefully when I get home and can prepare my own food I'll go on the Slimfast diet or something. Otherwise, all the good things there is to eat here is salad and fruit. And frankly, I'm tired of both!

hm seems i've slacked off for a day or so. no matter. here's todays update:

breakfast: vanilla slimfast
lunch: strawberry yogurt
dinner: roast beef, tatoes, salad with lo-fat ranch, and fruit salad at scotts grandmas. hella good.
later: chai tea latte at the revue cafe (really cute! i want a job there!)

im not positive, but i think i've lost some of the junk in my trunk. hah! i bought this black skirt about a month or so ago and it was kinda tight and today when i wore it, it fit very nice.

holla!
