Breakfast-Slimfast
Snack-Grapes
Lunch-Bowl of Granola Cereal in soy milk
Dinner- 1/2 order bean cheese and rice dinner from Tres Marias
Dessert- 2 pieces of licorice.




Damn the licorice..my mom was waving it in my face.shouldnt have had that. I think I will do some crunches to make up for it.

Oh! and today at Big Lots I got a tub of Atkins shake mix (cappachino flavor). All you do is add two scoops to 8 ounces of water and stir. 140 calories per serving. 100 calories less than slimfast with less carbs and sugar too. I'm going to try it tomorrow for breakfast, I hope it tastes as good as it sounds! I'll let you know.
